Doesn't any company make those eyelids in fiberglass or urathane? Why buy the carbon fiber ones if you planned on painting them? No wieght difference in such a small part.

The only fiberglass or urathane ones are from RSW, have to be special ordered from Japan (6 to 8 weeks), and were $132 > http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com...ail.php?ID=998
These are identical in shape, were being sold on eBay for $77 but are only available in carbon fiber. Since I am not a fan of the carbon fiber look, I had them painted.
However the company that sells them on eBay is horrible. They never shipped the item, kept lying to me about it, could not produce a tracking number, and finally shipped it 12 days later after I threatened to file a complaint with eBay, Paypal and the BBB.
