i examined the stock grille opening closely for the first time yesterday. i am not too sure how to mount it and make it look good. it seems that it will be harder than i had originally anticipated.

i will have to hold off on installing it for a while. what a bummer.

at least my hasemi lip will be going on tomorrow afternoon.

Nice! I'm in the same boat in trying to find a durable, high quality grill & it seems the stainless steel looks perfect for what I'm looking for!

I want to paint or powdercoat it black though. I'm leaning towards the powdercoating since it's more durable than paint. How much do you think it will cost me? Any recommendations on where I can get this done in NorCal? Planning on inserting this grill with my Full Vertex Bumper I should be getting next month. Also, which gauge do you think will look better? 16 or 18?

yea i agree, but the stainless looks pretty solid and it should for 60 bucks unmolded. very glad to see it.

i will probably go with the finer mesh, and also powder coat it black, leaving it silver i think would be a little much bling.. what do you guys think?
