For those who are familiar with EVO-R LED's would the lights in pic below be considered white or blue?

 

I would say white

 

definitely white; blue leds is not something youd confuse.

 

thanks Ares I wasn't sure if the blue was very blue or just the light blue appearence HID's can give.

 

LED blue is the color you see in that guys headlights. borderline purple.

well if you want to get technical both are illegal; as the law states the car must reflect amber on the front side. its not a reflector either way; so on that basis; its all illegal.

beyond that; white is legal on the front; blue is illegal everywhere. so blue is more illegal than white; but both are illegal.

 

Hmm well thats good info, I was going to wire my blue Evo-R side blinkers into my parking lights so they would stay on but that may run me into problems so I'll wire them to the blinkers.
