I would call Katzkins and see if they can make one for you. I know for a fact they have the right color leather to match your seats.
www.katzkin.com or www.autoleathers.com
Same company.
Email: customerservice@katzkin.com

Try contacting 350trackz as well. He's a member here and made mine for me a short while back and the leather/stitching is an exact colour match to the orange seats.

350trackz got me the matching orange leather for me to have my steering wheel, shift **** and e-brake done. I left my shift boot black. But for doing the shift boot 350trackz is your guy IMO. He probably has the leather in stock

deffinately contact 350trackz. he also did my orange shift boot. it is the exact leather that nissan uses. no worrying if the color is close enough here. its the real deal. the leather is an exact match no questions asked. im still thrilled about my shift boot after several weeks after installing it. perfect fit & high quality. you'll laugh about the stock shift boot after seeing/feeling the quality of 350trackz's shift boot!

if redlinegoods would just buy the matching leather i would order the ebrake boot! they make great products but the 2 color oranges they have are either very light or very dark as compared to our factory orange leather........no flames, great products, no match )=

Default NO MATCH??

Oh but wait. I bought the same leather that 350ztrack, or who ever uses, it is a perfect match. I sent it to them, they made my shift boot and e-brake boot for free so they can start matching this color. SO, redlinegoods.com now has a match for this color. Hope ths helps someone.

if i remember correctly they do the e-brak boot for $35. with all the emails ive sent to maciek at redlinegoods asking about matching orange you think he would have mentioned somthing! im going to get hold of him to see about this. the last time i spoke with him he said the leather nissan uses is much too expensive & he has no plans to purchase any. the fact he made them for you seems normal as he would do this for anyone wanting to send in thier own leather, is he holding out on us? im sure he would have mentioed it.......that would be great news if he does have it now!

yeah that is odd that he would make them totally for free.....i do know that 350trackz who made a few of our shift boots in orange leather(perfect match, exact leather) offered to sell some of the orange leather to redlinegoods & they declined due to the price of the leather....this is where i have the problem seeing them seeking the original nissan leather as they already had a potential scource! i appreciate your input & i hope im wrong as i would love to get a matching e-brake boot!
