Default Best Quality, Fitment for Carbon Fiber parts?

I have been visiting quite a number of websites for CF parts.
But I need some feedback on how well the parts fit, how they look, durability?

I am considering :
Carbon Creations -Bumper, OEM hood
Fiber Images - Vader hood, Bumper, Hatch
Varis - Hatch
Seibon - Hood

Pricier:
Top Secret - Wing, Hood

REALLY pricey:
Amuse - hatch, bumper, fenders, doors

Also: who uses the dry carbon process out of these manufacturers?

Do they all use ONLY carbon, or is there a fiberglass mix as well?
I want to get the best possible so the CF doesn't crack easily.

Finally: which parts are actually lighter than stock; after all no sense in spending cash solely for the CF look.

Carbon Creations - I've seen cracking on one of their carbon bumpers.
Fiber Images - Generally high quality, ok priced
Varis - $$$$$$$$, but quality
Seibon - Also expensive (for a domestic made hood)
Top Secret - wing and hood are crazy priced. I wouldn't even go near.
Amuse- dry carbon, which explains the price.

VIS Racing uses a fiberglass skeleton, but their fitment and quality is nice from what I've seen on the 350Z and 240SX and priced very well. Try Hop Up Racing for these. http://www.hopupracing.com

I believe all of those parts are lighter than stock, even the hood by a few pounds.

the Varis stuff is unbelievable quality- hood is double layer carbon front and back, and the fit and finish is very good.

Same goes for the Amuse, though its very expensive

All the domestic companies are hit and miss with fit and finish..I've seen very good and very bad from all of them

I can afford Varis, but Amuse is in the stratosphere.

I am interested mostly in the other companies like Fiber Images and Carbon Creations.
However, I am hesitant based on our iffy US vendors trying to make a quick buck on Ricer-quality products.

The Fiber Images parts are generally very good. Cannot speak of Carbon Creations as I have never heard of them

Seems these companies go through phases where the quality is good then generally goes downhill - I have seen it happen 100 times.

We have sold a few of the FI pieces for the Evo (no Z stuff sold yet) and was very impressed with the quality.

Amuse is awesome....but like you, I could not justify the costs relative to the car...or any car for that matter !

If you like the look of the Varis, keep it in mind....it really is terrific quality

Let me know if you need any help
