don't, just leave them off unless you get ticketed and then just tell the cop you are still figuring out a way to mount it on just leave the plate in the car.

 

I was planning on getting a threaded rod to fit into the Tow Hook and make a mounting bracket off of that or add a grill and Zip tie it (But that would be cheesy).

By the way I have a Veilside Version 3 Front Bumper.

 

dont put it. if the cop stop you and give you a ticket tell him that front license plate is too ugly to put it in front of your car.
