My New Interior...Light Grey Leather...
So Im just about done...just need to clean up a few things and finish the drivers side door panel...but here are some pics...i finished the gauge pod today, not sure if i like how i did it but its ok for now...im gonna install it tonight...i did all the sewing and stitching myself....in the pics it looks alot more biege than it really is...i used a fake leather bu this stuff is niiiice...it looks and feels just like the real thing...the color is almost exactly like the frost interior but a shade lighter...i love it...i did blue stitching on alot of stuff and i am keeping the blue suede to match with some silver stitching...this winter im gonna pull the seats and redo them to match keeping the blue centers...oh and the rear strut bar cover is done in cf...im clearcoating it so thats y its not in the pics...its crazy how much i got done since i stopped with the cf work for everyone...much less stressful.
opinions welcome of course...
oh and the custom stuff i did if u couldnt notice...door panels have a speaker pod molded to the bottoms and then wrapped in cf...the bottoms of the panels i fiberglassed so they match perfectly to the pods and shapes of the doors...then i wrapped the bottoms in leather all as one piece...no gaps.
i molded the speaker in the console a long time ago and wrapped in cf...
console between seats i moved the hazard button back and molded in a spot for my ipod...just gotta make a little cf trim piece for the button.
behind the seats i molded in 2 5 1/4" speakers and a 2 6x9's where the stock speakers where...
