Those tow hooks for the front have to be bolted to the front frame. And it has to be modified if you have a inter-cooler. The rear one the rear bumper needs to be modified on the driver side there is a tow area in the rear where the rear tow hook can be bolted on. As long as you bolt it to the frame you should be good. Unless you want it for show then bolt it any where I guess.

The stands? All that came with this when we bought it was what is pictured. The stands if you are referring to those silver pole looking attachments, are they sold separate?
