Seems its was his EMAIL Provider AOL!!!

He switched to GMAIL and walla started working fine.

So everyone thats having similar issues be sure to try using a different email address (if possible) because the problem could be on your end not ours..

 

Am I the only one not receiving e-mail notifications? Also, how do I get rid of the word "verts" under my screename? I can't find anywhere in Options that lets you change that?

I tried changing to my other e-mail, and this site said that e-mail is already in use, ?????????

BTW, I am having no problems receiving e-mail from other 350z website utilzing the same e-mail as on this website. I think it is on this end.

 

Ok, I can switch to the Google account...but my problem isn't with AOL, it's with the site, because I get notifications immediately from 3 other forums.

 

AOL has serious problems. That's all I have to say. They are CONSTANTLY updating and tweeking things that make no difference but some how find a way to screw up everything else! When you go to AOL.com to view your mail now it has this extremely slow loading and overdone page. They need to stop screwing with everything!

 

i dont use email notifications, but all the change you're making are making the site better & BETTER!!!! Keep up the good work!

 

I don't use AOL (I have an independent email address), but I changed my contact information to my GMAIL account. We'll see what happens...

 

Means you registered another username that email at sometime.

Think what you want I've tried 4 different email accounts other than AOL (Because I hate AOL Mail) all them work fine. So that tells me everything is fine on the server sending out. Out side of that I cant control what your provider rejects, blocks, etc. or an email. After emails leave the box in-route to users I have not control..

BTW, Just because your not having issues with other site doesnt really mean anything. Your mail provider could have ip's in x range blocked for whatever reason.
