I'm glad you had a good experience in person, but between the horrible first experience I had, and the letter I got regarding my AMEX card, I'll be steering clear of Performance Nissan even if they have the lowest price. The irony is, I never even completed an order with them, yet I have to go through the hassle now of getting a new CC #, changing all of my auto-pay bills, changing all of my airline and hotel profiles to reflect the new CC#.

Regardless, I apologize for the bad service you had, I never ignore emails, I may not respond to them right away when it gets busy but I do respond to them.
