Default Sponsor Problems

I am having an issue with a Sponsor here and I am unsure as how I am supposed to go about it.. They have had my money for over a week(10 days) now and I cannot get an answer from them as to when my stuff shipped, cant even get a tracking number.. I dont want to expose who they are yet in an open forum.. Can someone help me out??

I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm sure an Admin would handle this for you. PM one of them with all the info and they'll try and help you! They are the members with the red names.

We are fighting some index issues which hopefully we have addressed as a bug in MySQL that was fixed.

The outage yesterday was due to someone going in the cabinet and messing up the entire cabinet by tripping the breaker. Then they decided to change their network cables or something and plugged us into the wrong VLAN basically.

Not fun.

Man, this is nothing.... I remember the days when this site used to be down WAY TOO MUCH...

Our uptime is pretty awesome these days. And speeds are pretty awesome as well.

Brian (remembers the prolonged days of outages and crawling page loads...)
