Fix the advertisement banners

I try to do the following: Be Sure to use the Search feature first, as the topic may have been posted already but cannot because the stupid banners are in front of the search tab. Thanks

It's one banner and it's being worked on. In the meantime please hit refresh and you shouldn't have the problem.
