why, and how, do people become mods?
disclaimer: i have little interest in becoming a mod.
how are new mods chosen? do they go through some sort of screening process? are personal issues and character flaws and such taken into account, or does the mere fact that they own and might know a few things about a z make them game?

you must be referring to me if so any and all beef or drama we had in the past has been squashed i told you in public that i have/had no problem with you. I'm sorry if you think i do but i really dont i think ur pretty cool actually and we are pretty far apart for me 2 pass any judgement on you.

why.......the Staff felt Off Topic needed a little more attention, thus additional mods were added.
how.... basically its about participation and observed interactions on the forum.
every now and then there will be a position opened and we are watching all the time for future candidates

I'm on invisible all the time, why because when I'm not I start getting way to many pm's, most of which can be answered by searching the forums. Plus, I'm already behind on pm's for that matter.
