Default Posting Pictures Question.

What is the easiest way to reduce the size of a picture that is too large to post, without having to go out and buy Adobe PS?
Has to be so easy a caveman could do it.

Right click the pic on your desktop, go to Open With> Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

When it opens go to the Edit Pictures button on the top right. Resize>Predifined Width X Height>Web Large(640 x 480 pix)>save.

Upload to Photobucket and put the 800x600 restriction on. It will resize all uploaded pictures to 800x600

Thanks for the help.
I'm more mechanically inclined(I build airplanes at Boeing for a living),so I can build my own computer but only know how to do the most simplest functions.
