iPhone Icon
Seems stupid, but I have my350z on the desktop of my iphone, and I wish it would be an icon instead of a picture of the webpage. I know sites like ebay and tristatetuners have an icon for mobile phones. Just something I would like to see, lol.
sounds a whole lot easier than it is... i would check the http://www.vbulletin.org forums to see if a mod exists or simular.. then you can suggest it here
Thats weird, this site does have an icon, just like tristatetuners and ebay. It's a slightly tilted silver Z on a black background. If you look on a browser such as Firefox you will see it to the left of the tab in which the site is opened in.
It's surprisingly easy. You need to create a PNG format graphic file that's 45x45 pixels in size, name it apple-touch-icon.png and drop it in the root directory of your Web site.

The iphone icon is different then what you see in the address bar.
It is an icon that is saved to the iphone's screen for 1 click access to the site, right now we have to make our own..
The website (my350z in this case) needs to create a PNG file, 45x45 pixels in size, name it accordingly ( "apple-touch-icon.png" ), then upload it to the site's root..
So who has access to the root directory?
