Hey guys. Just an FYI, some of the mods may not be posting in these threads, but all of us are reading them. There's really no sense in rehashing everything ares says, especially since (I can't speak for the other mods, but I have a feeling we're on the same page) we all seem to agree with what he's said.

There's so much the members don't see, but believe me, we were truly struggling with this issue. The warnings were given to Max in such a way to attempt to make him understand that we weren't trying to be unfair, but that his actions were doing no good and only making matters worse. He ignored every single message that was sent to him and kept on going. So finally, he came down to his last chance and blew it. Simple as that.

 

look guys, all upset for nothin, max is back!

I can keep quiet about it if he can... guess we'll see huh?

 

Let's hope he has cooled off and we can get soem good information out of him. He really CAN post extremely informational posts and I believe it is a good thing he is back.

WOW!!! I cant believe all that arguing and fighting worked!!! I think this is a great thing of the mods to do.. I am very excited on what Max has to tell us about these motors and whatever else he has to tell us!!

I think he needs to have his name back tho.. It might not be the same

we've taken no action, havent been able to get in touch with all the mods yet, its the weekend, some of them dont come around much these 2 days.

It kinda looks like that was the final decision, even though the poll shows that the users wanted him back.

 

So this was a purposeless pole. In the end it is not a democracy. The public at large was represented by an electoral college that did not listen to them. Funny how life echos politics!!

as for the ban, we werent going to ban him, he chose to leave, then we saw this

I really did feel bad for him, thought he had few bad months, and was realizing that, and we saw this poll, we didnt ban his new name, then we find it was just another act to appease us untill he makes his next mess.

Im sorry if you guys dont see this, or agree, or understand; but besides that, since we even considered letting him back in we've been catching flack for even issueing a strike to people. so obviously we cant take mercy on anyone or we are viewed as powerless. so now we are forced to stick to our judgement.
