I got a phone call this evening as well, except I was outside working. Damnit to hell.

I called them back Thursday evening, was told Calvin wanted to talk to me, was told they'd be open Friday, got no call all day Friday, so I tried calling them several times between 3-9 pm Eastern Time, which would've been 12pm-6pm Pacific Time and no one answered.

 

Is Calvin going to call me or what. I was told the last time I called, which was about two weeks ago now, that Calvin really,really wanted to talk to me, and that I should be getting a call back soon because he was really busy, and I still haven't gotten a damn call.

 

Is okay i called over and over and PM'ed cause i needed a receipt for insurance...its soooo small and easy.. a normal business practice...

OF COURSE.. gary never made that happen....

Now if we cant just make sure they dont screw with anyone else...

 

I see what the **** is going on. I get a check today in the mail, ****ing *******s probably been stalling me all week waiting for me to get that check. Now I call and they goddamn pick up and hang up on me!

 

so u actually got a check? how much did u ended up refunded? everything minus shipping? I still haven't gotten anything

that sounds a bit low even minus the shipping doesn't it? Wasn't each piece like $185 or something? and u ordered the whole kit?

 

ok... so i did the test fit on the NEW ings kits and they fit fine. and CRG is saying that the new ones from VIS dont fit? thats bull ****. i have pics to prove fitment for the new kit

 

They only refunded me for one side skirt and the rear bumper.

 

Btw, Im just wondering, did showstoppers change their name to master.grade? Or is that a totally different person/company?

 

still no refund from CRG was told I'd get it at least by end of month (April)

UPDATE (or lack of):
Almost end of May now (over a month from last time I talked to them), still no check, no call back, no response from Calvin on AIM even tho I see him on (he just ignores me), Gary hasn't been on in a while (and doesn't respond to PMs), and their office phone doesn't even ring anymore - just goes straight to voicemail (where any messages left won't be responded to either). I curse the day I ordered from CRG

 

I was going to buy from showstoppers, but after reading all your posts, I think I'm going to go with someone else.

 

Im just wondering, did showstoppers change their name to master.grade? Or is that a totally different person/company?
