I know its been so long but i dont think that would be my fault though.
And thats why i wanna know the answer if i could get a refound so badly now . I have been patiently waiting with full trust to your company then turns out to be not 100% sure how its going to end . It doesnt really sound right to me .
I was hoping that i could get the money back before next week cuz im leaving town for vocation .. please let me know asap thx ...

Ok I got all the information. So about 6 months ago, you ordered a Asuka roof from Jim correct? According to you it was damaged correct? So you sent it back for an exchange correct? Problem is they never received it, I need to know how you shipped it and a tracking number... I get this, I can help you. And this was done through Showstopper, not Mastergrade for the record.

yes , it was the azuka roof from Jim ,and yes it was returned damaged .
I didnt know if it was sent back for an exchange or not .
The item was picked up by UPS the next day it arrived , i called ups right away when i found out it was damaged .
the tracking was 1z 246 rf5 68 4318 8771
and the picked up date was 07/25/2008

and im pretty sure that i sent the money to mastergrade , i still have the paypal history of it ...

Just like Istan said, he lives in Vegas and they get well over 100 degrees.

Summer hit about 120*, I have covered parking at home, but at work, it just sits in the sun. None of my CF has faded, even with my lack of any maintenance, including washes

I started a claim with my bank. I ordered my stuff some time in may and every 2 days when I PM or call I hear " tomorrow I will have your shipping info" SEARCH MASTERGRADE so you don't get screwed.
