resize them....what programs do you have? i think photoshop is the easiest

 

sadly a 600$ program unless you ummm *caugh* happen to have it. *A-hem* heh

smaller cheaper programs can also do resizing, typicly under image size, set it to 640x480. and when you save be sure you keep the quality to a point that its under 200kb; that shouldnt be a problem for a photo of the proper dimensions.
