I don't think you are over reacting at all.
Just to let you know.....
First of all, anyone can go to the post office & pick up a stack of usps confirmation delivery slips with the confirmation numbers shown on one side and the receipt on the other side...not until that "shipping person" hands over the delivery confirmation slip to the postal employee who than at that time scans the bar coded confirmation numbers from the delivery slip along with the pkg. starts the process of shipping....to me it looks like he has the delivery confirmation numbers but the pkg. was not shipped yet!

 

i see what u saying. if he didnt get to ship it yet then i wish he would just be honest wit me. i dont know what to do as of now. I guess i'll wait to see if the package shows up in the next few days, if not i'll contact paypal and go from there.

I talk to the shipper and the tracking number works now so we're good to go. We had miscommunication wit the emails I sent it to the wrong address so I apologize. I'm very happy with the deal he gave on the y-pipe. I glad everthing worked out. I will delete the thread in a couple of days so plp will get a chance to that everything is fine. Thanks
