the other day 12/2/09 i paid for a hr y-pipe from member millhizzelpb. the day i paid for it he said we would send me a tracking number. four days later still have not heard from him and i know he's been on here. he didn't have any feedback on here, but did have feedback on Chicagoz.com. Anybody have any suggestion on what i should do. Thanks for any help

Did you get his number or give him yours? I make sure I talk to everyone that I do transactions with. Just makes things a little more comfortable on both sides.

 

no i didn't get his number. I know now to talk to seller b4 buying. I paid him though paypal would i be able to dispute it. Maybe he already shipped it. That's what im hoping

 

before it hits 2 weeks dispute it just to cover ur ***.

 

With that being said, I suggest you file a dispute with PayPal and wait for the seller's response. You can escalate to a claim, if he doesn't respond or if you don't receive your item. Also, register at his Chicago forum and contact the seller there. You can also contact various locals or start a thread for them to see.

 

I joined chicagoz.com last night. I haven't posted in there yet i was going to give it a day r two more b4 i post in there. I also email him twice yesterday and got nothing. I really appreciate everyone help hopefully everything works out. we don't need shiit like this in here!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry for the delay i have been really busy and have not had a chance to go to the post office... i have been sending emails back when i was free... it has not been more than a week since i have recieved a payment. it is leaving today and one of my friends is bringing it to the usps. I will have a tracking # w/in 30min sorry for the inconvience

Called out??? Look it has not even been a full week since i have gotten the payment. I have kept in contact w/ the buyer at least once a day. I own my own business. I have been very busy, and i was not able to get to the post office. I responded to your pm as soon as it was opened. Maybe you should wait a little befor you make back handed comments.

O ya as far as the contact w/ the buyer goes... he NEVER even asked me for my phone number. If he did i would have had NO problem giving it to him.

Dave- Thanks... I responded as soon as i opened the email... if i was a scammer i wouldnt have even responded. He also used pay pal, if i was scamming he would have been able to make a claim and get his money back

I know u send me a message saying u would send me tracking number and I haven't heard anything after that and that was on the 2nd. I didn't receive any emails either I checked the my inbox and junk folder. I apologize for any inconvenience

IMHO if it was mailed yesterday, it should show up today. Unless he made the label yesterday and didn't drop it off until today:

 

Thanks jeff for the help. Maybe he just type the wrong number in the post. Hopefully he'll send me the right tracking number r he's shipping it out today. In the post yesterday he said his friend brought it to usps. If I'm overeacting someone let me know.
