View All Pages of Thread feature?

Some of these threads run into multiple pages. It would be cool/convenient that next to the (1.2.3.4 - Last Page) there was an "all" link that dumps the entire thread onto one long *** scrolling page.

That would be great for us DSL types but bad for the site owner since the bandwidth usuage would go up.
