Can not update a seller's iTrader Rating

Sorry to post up the typical issue.
I'm not able to update a seller's iTrader rating. I can reply to and create threads but I get the typical No permission message when trying to update the iTrader.
I cleared my cache in both Internet Exploder and FireFox with no success. Tried logging in without clicking the "Remember Me" box and no luck.
Any advice?

Phreakdout, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Usergroup settings for the memberships you're a part of check out. Forum members are typically not allowed to edit/delete (both classified in the same iTrader setting) iTrader ratings after they're submitted. We've received PM requests from time to time asking that iTrader feedback to be deleted. Have you somehow been able to edit iTrader ratings before?

In this case, I was not able to enter the iTrade page. (when you click in the user's iTrader number under their avatar.) So I hadn't even gotten to the point of submitting feedback or even seeing what other feedback he had on file.
In true Murphy's Law form, just like when you call the plumber and the sink is unstopped by the time he arrives; it now seems to work with no problem. I promise I didn't recently give up crack cocaine.
(And I haven't rebooted since then.)
Must have been something wrong with the nut behind the keyboard.

I had the same problem yesterday, but it seems fine now. I had left one feedback earlier in the day, but went to leave another and got the permissions error. I pm'd USN about it and he said it wasnt my account. But its working now.
Mine is having issues again, same as before. I did leave a rating earlier today when it was working, is it possible I am only allowed to leave one rating every 24 hours or something?

Even I can't access it. IB staff have been contacted by yobri, so hopefully they can correct this.Only members with 5 or less iTrader score have restrictions of 3 iTrader ratings per day. Those with 5+ iTrader score have no limitations.
