Zerostyle, I admire the fact that you're "standing up" for your buddy, but you're violating our TOU in the process (read: rehashing), not to mention your logic is unsound. He's been warned and banned for his behavior before (too many warnings, imo). So for him to pull something like this, he had to have known the ban was coming. I strongly urge you to go through his entire posting history before you tell us to overturn our decision. You'd be surprised at what you find. Anyway, it's just a week long ban, so I don't know why you're even doing this. Next time he needs to be reprimanded, though, it'll be permanent (which he knows.. and I know he's reading this).

Bad 350z, not everybody wishes to argue online. It's just certain individuals who tend to be too obstinate.

Ronin82, I'm fine with you sharing your opinion but to say you're "not taking sides" when you've voted for him to be unbanned is pure BS. You chose a side.

BTW, I'm letting you off with a warning (for rehashing), but if you really want consistency all across the board (read: to avoid "injustice") let me know and I'll issue the appropriate infraction points for you.
