Been given an infraction and am being ignored!!
I have been given an infraction and I am being ignored by the mod now. I would like this removed and he automaticall noticed he was wrong and now wont get back to me. Please remove this asap and also put back my for sale thread.
From what I can see, you were correctly given an infraction. You don't have pictures of the items you're selling showing your name and date. You have pictures, but for all we or anybody else can tell, they could be from somebody else's FS thread of the same wheels, or old pics of your wheels you've already sold, etc. That's why the rules require you to have verification pics, not just pics from the manufacturers website or "similar" items from another person.

BTW this rule has been around since last May. It has been since day 1 heavily enforced. We may miss one here and there but you have no clue how many people get the same thing daily regardless of their status here so quit the whining. I have given out over 1000 infractions since then so quit acting like a martyr and being so over dramatic and just deal with it. Leave if you dont like it.

Your excuse in your thread about you having a good itrader doesnt mean much. One of the biggest reasons we enacted this rule is because of a long standing member with good itrader scammed numerous people for thousands.

Yea give me another one, you are the ones who have a bad system. One of the mods even admitted that you have been having problems with attachments in the threads.
I think you need to get your stuff in line. I am sorry if you think b/c you moderate a forum that it makes you god. IT MOST CERTAINLY does not, I have specifically put an attachment of the picture the next day as I was asked too. THe picture showed up on the second page, and even members that were complaining stopped, b/c I did what was shown.

I found it funny that someone calls you guys out b/c YOU made a mistake and you can give us infractions. I think their should be something that can control mods from assuming that they can run everything on these forums. Obviously you guys are not very professional when your own mods are admitting you have had issues, and he wont return any of my pms. I find that a little childish, and that I have to start a thread to get your attention.

In the POSTED RULES you will find the following requirement...
-All sellers are required to post at least 1 picture of each item listed in his/her classified ad to verify ownership of said item(s). In doing so, however, the picture must contain a slip of paper with the seller's My350Z.com username and date, name and date must be clearly visible. While this does not prove without a doubt that the seller owns the said items, it will minimize/reduce the possibility of potential scams. Keep in mind that in these times, not having any access to some sort of digital camera is not an excuse. Any and all threads that do not adhere to this new rule will be deleted without prior notice or warning.
Quit your whining. You deserved the infraction you received. The mod that gave it to you doesn't need to explain himself to you or anybody else. It's a clear-cut violation. There's nothing to discuss or debate.
End of story.

Our system works fine how it is. The infraction system works fine. Our Classified Section rule system works fine. It's put in place to protect you, the consumer. Because it caused you a little inconvenience and a small infraction point, that would have expired if you would have just let it go, was no reason to start a thread in the manner you did. There are other more professional ways of voicing your opinion. #1, find another Moderator to PM. #2, start a thread with respectful dictation, and not that of one who just had their candy bar taken from their hand.

The guy probably shouldnt of spoken out so much, but I have to be honest and speak out. I saw the guys thread, and on the second page was a picture of the wheels with his name on it.
Its too late now, and I hope you guys dont ban me, but i saw the second page when he was asked to post it and he did so I think the mods made a mistake this time.

You must be thinking about another of his threads, because I'm not seeing any evidence or hints of pictures other than the ones I copied above.
All but one of his posts on the second page of the thread are bumps. In that one, he's whining about people complaining about the lack of pictures, violating the rules, etc. I see no sign of attached pictures, no mention of "here's more pictures", etc.
