This guy is a major fraud, I purchased a set of SF-Challenges in gold from him back on 12/24/08. I sent the payment instantly, and was quoted the wheels will be shipped within 3 days. However, he made a lot of lame excuses on UPS system down, weather delay, and not providing me the tracking #s at all, then later he told me that the wheels were shipped back to him cause my address was wrong (i have a verified paypal address that never have to deal with not recieving shipping). Then the second time, however, he still didn't provide me a tracking #s at all. Finally I decided to dispute the transaction and get my money back, when i called him and tried to figure out on refund, OMG THE NUMBER IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER!!

This is rediculous... getting scammed by someone with 2000+ posts and a Verified Premium paypal user... The paypal rep actually told me theres nothing i can do if he has no fund in his bank account... All i can do now, is waiting for collectors company to try to get my money back.

ABSOLUTELY NO PROTECTION if the payment is not authorized by ebay. This is very disappointed

That sucks and is BS. I've been thinking about starting my own little list to track who's who of douches in My350z land - looks like this guy sure would qualify. Best of luck getting your money back.

He found what i wanted by looking at the "Wanted" section, and sent a PM to me to start the whole thing. I have 158 text messages from begining to the end. I will upload it later when i have time. Also he miss sent a few messages on regarding TE37s, so im thinking he might be doing this to several other people, thats why i decided to make the post!

 

Yeah, I saw your WTB threads but didnt see any replies to them. What concerns me is that when I search for TheBlackPearlZ's threads, he doesn't have any offering to sell SF-Challenges, only the LE37s. That should have been your first red flag. Second one - he got rid of the Z and got a Lotus - looks like he was bailing out.

 

Also, I was being very careful from the begining all the way to the end, because of the $2300 shipped price. He also bsed a lot of reasons on he sold his G and have a S2k now so he just wanna get rid of the wheels asap. OMG i can not believe i still fall into this being this much careful.

Im really sad now, and i won't be able to buy my set of wheels cause of the $2300 pending fraud payments ="(. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!!

 

He started with "My buddy has a set of SF-Challenges" and at the end the guy who really have the sf-challenges actually told me that TheBlackPearlZ is his account. Im confused on this part, too.

I know he had a Z. I used to order his parts for him all the time when I worked at Forged. He's gone idle on instant messenger. Never had a problem with payment or anything. We'll see if he comes in here to defend himself.

 

LOL yup. i posted a wanted thread for work meister s1's. he PM'd me and we talked for a good 6days back and forth. he said his friend was selling some. i asked for pics of the rims and he said his friend had them wrapped up and wouldnt open them back up. i asked for pics of the boxes themselves and he didnt want to even do that. then he finally sent pics of rims, but a quick google of "work meister s1" yielded the same pics which he stole from here and a g35 forum.

he has an itrader rating of like 16 and has LOTS of posts. claims he has an M3 and a lotus, and is in the army---to me thats all bs and he can go to hell. he tries reselling all his items over and over when he has nothing (except for a whole bunch of debt if he really DOES have those cars...hes like 22) im glad i didnt send him the $2100 he was asking for the rims... better yet, im glad MOMMA AINT RAISE NO FOOL

Yes, it was an instant transfer, because i checked his paypal and he was a Verified Premium Paypal User, thats why I was convinced that its not going to be a fraud, even it is i will still be able to get my money back.

 

I know he was in the army, b/c I used to have to send his parts to Joe in Indiana to do the work for him since he was overseas. He just went away on instant messenger.
