I'll send him a message....he has been online today. I guess the previous situation with the wheels was resolved.
If a user has a negative review on their itrader....I'd be weary. Generally speaking....people will give other users the benefit of the doubt. You can always PM the user of the negative review, and ask them for experience with the seller. In the case of POWUH....he has a big red negative review with SCAMMER in the tag line. Just something to keep in mind.

I was working on it and getting there. I was trying to resolve this matter with a good start off without being nasty and asking for a full refund in the first message. I am happy either he shoot me back a message or something but he chose to ignore my very first message. What can I do about it?
POWUH is a known fraud.
You should of at least checked his itrader feedback. I believe there was even a thread about him.

I just saw that he had these for sale in the local marketplace (so cal) for 90 obo, but they were 120 + shipping in the general classifieds...
He also balked a local buyer who was going to pick them up........to go through the trouble of sending them overseas....
Very suspect.

I think it's funny how POWUH took those pictures with a cheap camera (or phone) so the crack wouldn't show and shot the pictures so the dent doesn't show either. That's totally false advertising. And like a bunch of other people have said, this guy has a history of scamming others.

damn those pipes like like total a$$...nothing a decent photoshoppin wont cover up though

you know what guys...i was gonna pick up that test pipe last Friday...but when i spoke to him over the phone he sounds like an a** hole... and guess what when i was on my way to pick it up he txted me that he already sold the pipes...but i guess it was a good thing that i didnt waste my time to go down and check that crappy pipes that he had, cause hes like 45 miles away from my place...
I believe only the HR test pipes have that o2 bung...but by the way, this guy tried selling these to me a while ago and told me then told me he was mistaken and that they were helix, and then sent me a picture of helix pipes from another forum saying they were his
