There is no way that fedex/ups/or any courier damaged those chitty test pipes like that! Op, I hope you get your money back from this scammer...good to see this guy get purged from the forums.

and ship them back to him at his expense with a note: inspected before they were shipped out and didn't mention they were not what I claimed because you never asked and it didn't seem important or i just forgot.

Hi all, I purchased a set of AAM test pipes from POWUH last week, and received them yesterday. Link to sale thread
I was shocked when I looked at the pipes, they are in absolutely crap condition!! One of the pipe had been welded before, he didn't tell me that before, hang on, not only that, now there is a crack on a welded crack! The other half is in better shape, only a BIG DENT at the bottom! Check the pictures below, I need explanation POWUH! I bet my luck on paypal and filed a dispute, if it is in my favor, powuh you got a lesson for not cheating anyone on forum. If I am unlucky, I learnt a lesson that scumbags do exist in this world.
Any suggestion mods and forum fellows? I am new to this site, and this is my first transaction, and I think this might be the last!

Foremost I'd like to extend my sentiments for having such a negative experience with your first forum transaction. On this same note, I would like to encourage you in the future to attempt to resolve the issue privately first. Make all efforts to contact the other party, then allow them ample time to respond prior to making threads of this nature. I'm all for justice, but I also like to see the other party given ample time to rebute. We want to avoid setting examples to newer members that it's ok to start a call-out impulsively.
I would also like to touch on the itrader feedback system. It is in place for a reason. It is present to afford members the ability to see another member's credibility. The seller, in this case, had 3 negative itrader points. I hate to be the one to point this out, but you sir also have some of the fault to bear for not properly doing your research. This would make 2 impulsive decisions. By no means am I faulting you for this transaction sir, but I would like for you to please take the time to research itrader ratings a bit more in the future.
It is clearly evident the dent on the piping was not caused by UPS. That dent was cause by being scaped on conrete while installed under the car....speed bump or curb. I will not buy it for a second that UPS created this dent, nor the crack the welds. Pawning this damage off on the courier is very discrediting IMO.

I feel for the OP, but a quick 10 second lookup of his profile would have shown you that this punk is garbage and not to be trusted. In fact he should have been banned a long time ago IMO.
