Default A useful way to search My350z.com

I dont know if this has been covered here, or not... but I have noticed that the search function on this forum is not the best. I know there have been a couple threads about THAT subject, in particular...

Just wanted to share a tip with you all about how I search the forums and usually get good results related to what Im searching for.

Google allows you to use a "site:" command to specify a site you want to search. So, lets say you ask yourself "Which is better? Manual or Automatic?" .... if you go to Google and enter "site:my350z.com manual vs automatic", (without the quotes), you will get a lot better results than if you use the built in search on this site.

Im sure someone has probably posted about this before. Just wanted to throw it out there in case it hasnt been covered.

I think making the "search titles only " choice the default would solve this problem.

That definitely does help cut down on the randomness you get with your search. The problem with that is some thread titles arent specific enough to get you to the info youre looking for.

To each their own... and if you have a better way of searching than what I suggested, thats cool. Im just trying to give people another option if they are having problems finding what they are looking for.

I've already checked. Not an option. It's not in software editing options...
