hope this is the right section to post this but i cant post in classified. do i need to be a premium member or whats up? i have a lot of ballast and bulbs to offer. thanks

2) "have a lot of ballast and bulbs to offer" - that doesn't sound like you are an individual making a private sale. That sounds like a business trying to sell commercially, if that is the case, you need to become a Vendor. Regular Members are not allowed to sell multiple items like that, only vendors can.
