place is a joke..just figured everyone here should know to stay away also if they want to get what they ordered or anything at all...hard earned money should get u what u order with no games

 

i am beginning to think every fiberglass kit manufacturer in the city of El Monte CA is somehow the same people w new shop names, and who grow moustaches as disguises and answer the phone w new different names haha.

Wow Strafe got pwowned on driver. Wonder if LAWERENCE will come cry on here and call out his customers. I have been in business for 15 years and would never post my customers emails or call out a competitor. I let my service win my business not whining like a 10 year old. Glad I never ordered from them holy crap would have been a nightmare.

 

Where can one order quality (products/customer service) $hit from now!?! It would seems almost every vendor here has went down hill! I guess the only way is from other members....

 

1) email business and ask one question... "where is your business located?"

if they reply el monte... hang up and just light your money on fire

We're in south El Monte but we're a well established business with a 35,000 sq ft facility.. running off with your money wouldn't exactly be easy lol.. we've conducted a lot of business with strafe and have never had an issue with them..as for everyone else, I don't know what to tell you guys..

And for the record there are plenty of reputable shops here in El Monte including DTM, M1, 88 rotors and baus auto

 

strafe has also changed their name. ive been fighting with them to get any info on my side skirts i ordered on feb 20 something. they keep emailing back check our policies and when i reply i have and you arent following them yourselves they quit emailing me back for a couple weeks

 

they have changed their name but are still strafe, myself and others are trying to keep them off driver for good but well see what happens...u might as well chargeback the amount on ur credit card. that seems to be what everyone is doing...get ur money back and order from baus and have them in no time..
