2 of my garage album pics are marked as "moderated". What does this mean exactly?

 

You quoted what you read incorrect. There were 2 pictures in the "Blackie" album in "Picture waiting moderation" status. This means they must be approved by staff before they are visible to the public. I approved them. Have a good one...
