It does seem faster. I was even going to say something about that.

 

As of right now the forum is faster than I have seen it before. Did you do some hardware upgrades or software changes? Whatever you did, it seems to be working.

I just had my guys clean the server up a lil bit. No hardware upgrades. Actually this is a dedicated server and pretty fast!! We just have a lot of visitors every day!!

Oddly enough, I came to the Feedback forum to post a complaint about how slow it's been lately.

First, let me start by saying how much I love this board and appreciate the work that all of you do. One testament to that is the fact that you've surpassed over a half-million posts. That is probably the reason for my complaint. You're outgrowing your servers....

I see the same problems when accessing from home or work so I doubt it's my connection.

It seems to take forever to make the transition into a forum or from a thread back to a forum.

Searches seem to take a long time too. Makes sense considering the number of posts it has to look through..
