Default 04 350z top won't go down

I have an 04 350z and my top won't open. All I hear is a clicking sound in the doors. I had to open the truck and pull the hatch tabs to manually put the top down, after take a .05 Allen keep to raise the hatch hydrolic system. Now my top won't go all the way in the hatch

Welcome, but next time, try posting in the correct forum. The ZR top is a complex mechanism. There's almost zero chance you'll get a DIY answer here; particularly based on your description. Find an experienced Nissan tech who can work on tops...

Sorry I am new to this and don't really understand it, what forum should I post it at? Originally my top was up and close, but I have to put a new passenger rear Quarter panel in. So my top had to be opened and the hatch has to be up while I drill the tig welds. I tried the normal operations with the window down brake pressed and passenger seat tilted but all i hear is a clicking in the door panels(I believe). Well, I ended up going thru my trunk pulling the two release tabs and I used a .05 Allen key to raise the latch. Afterwards, I opened my top and pushed it down it the hatch area, now the problem I am having is that 3/4 of the top went into the hatch, and the rest is sticking out. I understand the door and 5th bow motor are all the same thing. Should I try replacing the 5th bow motor or the two motors in the trunk, how can one tell which is the bad link
