Default 350z Key fob won't program

When I go to program the key fob I do everything as told I've looked at a lot of different forums about what to do and none of them work

When I go to program I lock the doors either the bottom or on the handles I then insert the key in and out about 12 times until the hazards flash When they do I put the key in and to accessories mode and press/hold the unlock or lock button on the key fob then the hazards flash so I take the key out unlock the doors by the handle or button then I open the door and press the button on the key fob and nothing happens.

Does anyone know what to do, I'm going to try buy a new battery soon.

When performing the locking/unlocking steps, you should be using the power switch and not manually at the handle. Other than that, it should work.

If the remote won't learn, then you may have too many remotes in memory. You may have to clear the memory to erase all the remotes and start fresh. I can't remember the max number of memory slots. I also don't remember how to erase all of the remotes. At the dealership, I'd just use the Consult 3 to do it.
