Default 06 350z bogging

Hey guys so I ran into a slight issue this morning. My 2006 350z started bogging. It started yesterday but wasn’t bad and went away almost immediately after driving for 3 minutes but this morning I started it let it warm up and cruising down the driveway without touching the gas it was bogging up and down and when I’m at about 2500, 3000 rpm’s it seemed to do it but when I punch it and get on the gas there doesn’t seem to be any issue! Just looking for some help on to where to start bc I’m a student with a low budget and and have mechanical knowledge to do it myself but just need a guide on where to start and how to do so!!!

Start by pulling codes (or taking it to the parts/service place for a code read). Go from there. My money's on a P03xx misfire likely due to a failing coilpack.

THAT was important info to include with your initial post. So this rebuilt VQ35DE (revup?) ran well for 9,600 miles until recently? Assuming you used the original engine harness and ancillary parts on the rebuilt VQ? Or were they part of the changeover? Can you tell if the engine is running with a miss, or is it simply that the engine response is delayed at these lower RPM levels? Gotta think it through, if no codes are showing up.
