Sounds like a classic case of crankshaft and/or camshaft position sensors. Replace with OEM only and not aftermarket.

so I’ve replaced it maybe about 2-3 months ago but when it was faulty back then it would let me go over the 2500 rpm’s

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it may be your alternator, only reason I'm saying that is because your Z does have a slight crank at the start if the video, giving us the idea that the starter clicks and turns, however will not hold any power to start the car completely, your battery health also shows this, even though a good battery would real 12+ volts, 350z for some reason really require the battery to reach the line on the gauge, this also shows the alternator not charging up the battery, if you are able to start the car, using a jump starter or other methods, there are ways to test the alternator either with a multimeter, or at AutoZone or other auto parts stores. Here is a link to 1A Auto to help you understand

hope you figure out the issue.

Did you use OEM sensors or aftermarket?

So I got my alternator and battery tested although my alternator tested fine my battery tested bad but when he had the cables on it, it wouldn’t start so do you think it could be my starter

It depends on how bad the battery is, if it leaked any acid, or may have a bad cell, then a jump starter may have no good use, corrosion would also cause the car to not have as much of a good connection. Only reason why I say your starter may be fine is because we can actively here the *click* sound, as well as the spinning of the flywheel, crankshaft & belt. The starter will most likely be located under the passenger side of the engine bay (mine is). I would recommend getting your codes checked anyways, as a faulty ignition shouldn't cause high rpm.
