Cant Post Pictures!!!!!

Im sure somebody here is aware that we cant post pictures is there any timeframe when this will be fixed?

I seem to be able, maybe its playing tricks on me, but I attached one in a previous thread and I saw it....

so I donno what to say since it works for me, but no one else?
