The "rules" were never defined by Victor. We asked numerous times to define "Safe Pics" and he never did. I guess his mom finally caught him looking at the thread and made him close it.

plus, those rules are clearly defined. cops dont see if you're borderline drunk. they test you to see if you are over the BAC. it is a set number. clearly defined rules are much easier to follow
