There's probably a difference between mentioning a site (which goes on here all the time) and promoting a new or different site.
This site, or any other one for that matter does not have to give you free bandwidth to advertise or promote a non-sponsor, competing site, etc.

If I had the amount of money coming in from this site, I would be GLAD to run it. I know some people who have 99.9% uptime. They have it set up that if BY CHANCE the server went down, everything automatically gets transfered to one of their ***1000's*** of servers and is automatically up again with-in 30 seconds!!
You should see this place.... Its INSANE, its some 7,000 sq ft warehouse full with servers, back up generators, full air conditioning units to cool the whole place. Is nuts!
