Get your image Web hosted, then put the link to that JPG or GIF image between IMG tags. For example:

I'm sure you cant expect 2 admins to make 30,000+ members 100% happy either do you? They may not do everything right but they had to have done something right with this many members and the amount of content.
1) for someone to step up and make a long and/or informative post explaining that the issues the site has been having should not be normal nor tolerated and that it is in the process of being fixed.
2) possibly explain how you all are going aobut fixing it and maybe giving us a timeframe of when this fix will be implemented fully? i think thats all most of us want, just some answers. I dont understand why it is so hard for Mike and some of the other mods/admins to just bite the bullet, admit you all are having trouble and still be nice about it all. Making posts like "i have answered these all before" doesnt help us, i dont understand how we can have people like this administrating the site, arent we supposed to be some sort of community? we all share the same interests, stop the bitching and smart *** remarks and keep us informed! I think that is more than fair.
- Upgrade server add more memory etc.
- Recode some of the software
- Streamline the site by compressing some of the data
- Clean up the database
- Add a second server
- perge some of the irrelevent data
- Require PM's older that 60 days to be deleted from the system.
Time frame - It never ends if the site keeps growing. Be patient they are in the works and will happen soon enough.
For the Moderators/admins to just bite the bullet admit you all are having trouble and still be nice about it all.
There are really on 15 of them and 30,000 of us.
Maybe they are just fed up with the BS coming from other people that go Hey this site sucks lets build our own and while were at it lets go back there and tell everyone about us... And I think I can name one of them "Kinda small IMOH.."
All I know is running a site like this is a pain. Especially when you have to reply to a ton of emails, pm's, moderate posts, keep the site alive, etc., etc.. and most people wouldnt know unless they ran a website like this themselves..
and before you ask Yes I do know!!!!!
