Default Questions about TT Install?

1. Ok here goes we are alomost done with the issues with the TT install I have a issue with my airbag? It is flashin when the car is on or on ACC power it flashes or blinks we are not sure if it is unplugged somewhere or we have tapped into one of the wires while wiring somehting up? Any suggestions?

2. I need an overflow tank for my radiator, I did not get a greddy overflow tank with my kit and either need to get one from someone or need a suggestion on how to mount the factory one somewhere so that it will work? Any suggestions?

3. Tuning anyone know a good tuner in the Atlanta area that will be a good tuner (safe tune but good power)? I have talked to Ed at Balanced and also the guys at Z1Motorsports. Any other suggestions will be appreciated!

thanks for your help in advance!
Josh

I've seen a thread before regarding question 2 and there were a few pictures of the overflow tank in a couple different positions. Search might find it, if not someone prob has the link. No answer for 1 or 3.

The guy who did my install is currently out-of-pocket in Hilton Head...if I can reach him I will see what I can find out.

The J&S is the reason my car is still in Sugar Hill...having some wiring issues. Keith will know what settings to use by the time they finish later this week...I hope. I asked Ed to tune her to 380rwhp and a safe 11.5 A/F.

Seems like we had a problem with that Air Bag light that was caused by the drivers seat being removed and a wire not being reconnected...just a thought.

There are some pics of where to mount that overflow reservoir...I'll see if I can locate them.

You might call Greg at GSC Motorsports in Hilton Head...he may be able to find you a GReddy reservoir tank...

Having spent a consideralble amount of my vacation time last week at thier shop...I can attest to the fact that they are usually quite busy and the phone seems to ring constantly. Brain is very cordial in person, as are the rest of the crew there.

After the problems they have encountered with the J&S and e-manage on my car, I am not suprised that they might refuse to attempt another install...John at J&S has been in contact with them from the onset...hoping for a positive result soon.

People have had really good exeprience with Z1 just outside of Atlanata...not to be confused with Z1 in NY. Lorca posts quite a bit on here.... or just check out their website.

Default Cool

Yeah he was not too happy about that but my stuff is installed and running i have a dyno I at 351 low boost and 385 high boost so I just want it tweaked a little bit so I can get a better fuel curve and dyno graph at higher rpms!

GQ I got my set from Ravaz so it is tuned well but the hhiger rpms need attention!

Default Hey John

I think the fuel map is good but I was told to put the switches at 6 degrees. S3 and S4. Ravaz has done extensive tuning on his vehicle and suggested this to me!

I know Ed @ Balanced Performance is one of the most trusted tuners in GA. He's going to be tunning my car.

About Z1 I've heard good things about them.
There's a guy bini2 that he gets his car worked on overthere.

Good luck,
-josh

Default Yeah I know most of the guys over there they are nice and very knowledgable

I know Bini as well I have met Matt on numerous occasions and saw his car when it was first TT at the Taikl of the Dragon in 2003 I think. But it seems to be going very well now that my map is good. Now all i hav eot do is figure out why my SRS light is flashing?? LOL
