Default quick question...

I'm posting this here for better results...

Hey guys, I'm new here but i'm a regular in the supra forum. I sold the supra, and now i'm looking into the 350z. I have one question that is very important to me. I havent done too much research on the internals of the VQ but I hear that it isnt too bad if it stay N/A. My question is for the guys who have any kind of forced induction, whether its turbo or S/C. How does the car run with boost, throttle response, timing, powerband, tire traction. Also stuff like the PCV system, do you have to have a catch can or does it simply not give off a lot of vapor? Lastly, how does the 350z drivetrain handle the stress? Is the differential strong enough, is the transmission smooth? Well, I guess it wasnt a quick question, but I would greatly appreciate it if the Forced Induction folks can give me some information. Thanks

Arin

P.S. I better not get flamed for this! j/k

OK, I guess I'll be the one to say it. Just spend several days..if not weeks trolling the F/I threads on the forum. The question you asked cant really be answered in anything less than a 5000 word essay. But they are addressed in pretty much all the current threads in the F/I area...take your time...learn as much as possible...

Thanks, I actually checked them out before posting the question. I guess my question was a little vague, but I did get a lot of help from a member (7 eleven). He gave me some information on how the cars react to boost. So, thanks again guys. I cant believe how nice the members are on here, totally different when compared to the supra forum. I can get used to this, .

Its a little difficult to answer these questions unless someone has driven and modded both of these cars.
