I was wondering who out there has a turbo timer and which one would u recommend? How hard is it to install? Im considering one because i get tired of sitting down in car so that it can idle. Any info would be appreciated. thanks

 

Not sure about the install, but I know it took my guys only a few minutes to hook it up. I went with the Greddy, purely for the name (after all, I have their TT kit). If I didn't go with it, I would have gone with a Viper Alarm system with a turbo timer built into the alarm.

There's several different ways to wire these things up . . . the easiest is by using some sort of wiring adapter (plug & play). Check out greddy's website under "tech" and it lists the full auto turbo timer in PDF . . . basically has the owners manual with a lot of pics.

As for turbo timer options, several vendors offer this feature on their two way alarms. This model is just an example:
