Default Reputable Tuners in Maryland?

I live just outside of Baltimore and I was wondering if there are any good tuners in Maryland that would be able to provide me with a safe/good tune for when I take the FI plunge. I dont mind having to travel 100+ miles for quality work. Thanks guys.

Check out Altered Atmosphere Motorsports in Gaithersburg - 301.330.8835. They did all my work and have incredible resources / capabilities.

Take I95 North to Wilmington Delaware. I'd say about 45 minutes from Baltimore.

My regular mechanic sent me to Turbo Performance Center in Jessup. They do mostly high end cars i.e. Porsches etc, and they are an HKS dealer. They do a lot of there own mfg and are familiar with the R4 S/W thats used to tune the Vortec. They have a dyno jet dyno and they appear to be very knowledgeable..
410-799-RACE..They have not yet worked on a 350Z.

I second that, we can tune just about anything you need as long as you have the proper programs and appliances...

I would say stay away from Turbo Performance Center in Jessup unless you intend on paying way toooooooooooooooooooooooo much money.....I have always taken my ride to Larocca's Performance in Jersey......I by no means am slamming Turbo Performance Center in Jessup but as was stated they do high-end stuff......Charge high-end prices for work that you can get done at a regular speed shop...

This is true....but like most cars mags look for show cars...not especially all go cars...these cars do make good power i have seen them too, from mikes car, to jordans, and jasons...they all make good power...but ive met a few customers from evolution and they need tunning for there greddy kits...im just saying dont always rely on a magazine cover to sell you...or dont judge a book by its cover so to say...

well i went by there today and they seem to be an ok shop. i just went into the showroom where they have a civic hatchback with a T71 or T72 turbo in it being rebuilt. they seem to specialize in honda cars but, they did have a 240 there and a 350z with a greddy kit that they were still working on. they were working on the tuning with the emanage. they seemed to not be too happy with the emanage. the car was an auto and the shop guy mentioned that the kit was designed for a 6MT. they also have a dyno which is nice being that they can install and tune on the spot.

they do seem to deal alot with turbo installs though.
