Would this be too much?
I was wondering if anyone had an idea what 300rwhp would feel like if the 350evo 3.917 FD was added? Would traction become a problem or would it still be ok?
Personally, I'm not too concerned with it's affects on MPG.

yea I thought about losing top end and having to shift earlier but I also realized that I'm making far less power than other FI cars. After I had TS richen my AFR, I re dynoed at around 305rwhp. I plan on taking the Crawford plenum out to richen the AFR after 5k rpm so I'm pretty sure I'll be losing some more power.
I just figured that 300rwhp was more along the lines of NA. How much would the SC power curve affect the FD in terms of NA power curves?
I guess I'll have to think about it some more. Maybe if HKS comes out with a pulley to increase boost I'll think about lenghthing the gears.

i'm not sure how the power curve is for the hks s/c, but if it's like must that build boost as the rpms raise, then it seems to me the 3.9 final drive wouldn't be a bad idea since you wouldn't have that great of an increase in power down low and would be less likely to cause more problems with traction than normal.
i'm no expert though - i'm sure there are others with a better opinion than mine.
