Which is better? What are the pros and cons?Prices new and used. Thanks Im running this due to the procharger H.O kit. Probabaly running the 9lb pully.
By the question I am assuming you just want to address timing?
I would go with J&S hands down, I have emanage because of the Greddy TT kit but use the J&S for timing. The J&S can retard timing based on boost and RPM's and can also tap into the knock sensor signal to retard if knock is sensed.

The emanage can control both fuel and timing, but it doesn't sense knock.

The J&S and the eManage are two different devices, and you cant substitute one of the other.
The eManage is designed to tune and run a car. The J&S addresses timing only.
There were installation issues with the J&S, and I not entirely sure if those were sorted out. In theory, the J&S is a good addition to an eManage. You can tune timing and fuel with eManage, and then allow the J&S to act as a safeguard against detonation.
If someone has had experience with the J&S when used in conjunction with the eManage, please contact me or post up here. Have the blown coils and installation issues been resolved?
