So where did you get your car tuned at? Im in Mississippi, no one knows anything about tuning here, everyone here mostly tunes just mustangs and camaros. im sure I am going to have to look out of state. Looks like I am going to have to go out of state. Willing to go to north florida and east texas, but hopefully closer like TN or GA. Thanks guys!

You can't go wrong with Z1 Motorsports!

That's where I had my Vortech installed.

They are west of Atlanta, so it would be a little closer.

Yes they use the R4 software. My buddy also had his Vortech installed and tuned there to the tune of 378 whp.

 

that'd be me, and im also from MS, where in MS you from ? i'm located in fort walton beach fl now. z1 did a good job on the install, took a few days longer than expected, but overall they can tune the hell out of a car, let me know if you have any other questions about the job.

 

How long it take to finish. I am from the coast btw, its about a 5 hour drive. Do you think it would be ok on my engine to drive the car there untuned?

 

how much would complete install and tune at a reputable shop such as the above mentione cost?
