Im thinking about getting a s/c, but I was worried about the gas mileage. So hows your gas mileage? Pretty bad? same?

What made you go with HKS over ProCharge or Vortech?
I ask because I want to go with a SC but I'm not sure what I should go with.

I believe it was because of the reliability of the HKS kit.

Thanks that makes sense.

I did a little bit of research and found that many people have had problems with the ATI kit and some had problems with the Vortech so it makes sense to go the safe rout unless you have $$$ to build the motor.
I was also looking in to the stillen kit due to it being a roots style blower and the power is there on the fly, do you have to wait for the power with the HKS kit? Is it most noticeable up top in the high RPM range?

Thanks for helping me out! I just want to make sure I find the best thing for me before I lay down over 5 Grand.
