Need some help with my Vortech gauge install..

I'm looking for a little help with installing my sensors for a SPA dual gauge - Boost / Fuel Press.

The sensors are identical as they are both measuring pressure and have a 1/8" BSP thread (I believe they will also fit 1/8" NPT).

Where is the best / easiest place to install these?
Is there some kind of adapter I can use to tap into the fuel line and where should I install it in the fuel line? After the regulator?

Will I get an accurate reading installing the boost gauge after the intercooler? Or should it be installed in the intake manifold? Anywhere else I can install the boost sensor?

 

My fuel preasure sensor was tapped into the fuel line after the FMU . The boost sensor is tapped into a vacuum line coming off the plenum [ Manifold ] . Make sure when you mount the gauge , that its at the right angle . Hard to see some times if its not...Bill

Did you have to cut both lines (rubber I guess) and insert some kind of Tee-adapter?

Which vacuum line did you use? The line that was added to control the FMU ?

Are you getting accurate reading from these locations?

Yes ...you will have to find a T for both of them . They both seem to work good
